DJ SHISEI

Shisei (pronounced shee-say/ is a San Francisco-Bay Area-based DJ, remixer and the co-founder of Hauslabs.

Shisei got his DJ name after the Japanese word for tattoo, for his love of body art, and after the sensual short story about tattooing by Junichiro Tanizaki (The Tattooer, 1910) —

Shisei loves house music of all kinds, but mostly, he loves music, period. He began spinning in 2008, and has had the fortune to get to know many DJs since then. He has had the opportunity to grace the decks at some of San Francsico's coolest night spots! 111 Minna, The Supper Club, Anú, Mars Bar, 222 Hyde, and Temple Night Club.

Shisei is looking into producing music and is always for collaborating with other DJs and musicians.

While he loves interacting with people on the dance floor, he is also into casting online that gives him the opportunity to connect with people around the world.

He is now a resident DJ on Undergroundhouse.tv , Housefreaks.co.uk and Isobune.
